I have been coming to Haley Volvo for service for almost 10 years. It started with a used cross country that I had bought used. When I saw how wonderful this service department is, I started bringing my dodge ram, too, because I can trust these guys. Two years ago, the cross country started using oil and it was time to make a decision, but not a good moment. Mike Heffinger, who knows me and saw that I was pretty upset, walked me out on the lot and showed me a used S60 that was for sale. I didn't even bother to test drive it. It is the perfect car. That is what happens when the service department treats customers well: you get return business and when the time comes, they can even sell a replacement car to a woman who trusts them.
