There are seven different Volvo SUVs available to drivers. They are the:

All new Volvo SUV models are crossovers. Crossover SUVs use the unibody style of construction typically seen in passenger cars rather than the traditional body-on-frame construction of an SUV. "XC" stands for "Cross Country," with the "X" signifying "cross." This designation helps to emphasize that your Volvo SUV is built to take you wherever you want to go, no matter how far. All of these bold vehicles either come standard with all-wheel drive, a feature that will help you take on rougher terrain, or have it as an available option.

Volvo SUV prices vary depending on the model and trim you choose. Current starting prices for the 2024 Volvo SUV models range from $40,500 for the Volvo XC401 to $71,900 for the Volvo XC90 Recharge.1 Opting for higher trim levels and any available packages will increase the price of your SUV. As of the 2024 model year, every vehicle from Volvo Cars is electrified. That means everything in the Volvo SUV model lineup is either a mild hybrid, a plug-in hybrid, or an all-electric vehicle. The Volvo XC90 models have the most cargo capacity. With both the second and third rows of seating down, the Volvo XC90 can hold up to 85.7 cubic feet of cargo, which is enough to fit some pieces of furniture or similarly bulky items. The flat cargo floor makes it easier to get heavy or bulky items into the back.

The largest of the current Volvo SUV models is the 2024 Volvo XC90. You can choose from the 247-horsepower B5 AWD powertrain, the 295-horsepower B6 AWD configuration, or the plug-in hybrid T8 eAWD setup that makes 455 horsepower and 523 pound-feet of torque.
